Yeti is Skoda’s first attempt at looking into the soft-roader market. The yeti as of today stands as a concept but come 2009 it will hit world markets, taking on the likes of the Subaru Forester and Honda’s CR-V. It might just make it to India as well. Keeps fingers firmly crossed. The new model Laura RS a luxury sedan and sports car rolled in. Laura RS with 200PS and sub eight seconds to 100kph. Mind boggling the Fabia diesel. It’s just a matter of time before the baby Skoda makes it here. Skoda’s Octavia is the first Indian offering is still going strong. With four variants on display, it still managed to attract crowds. RS the fastest accelerating of the lot. Skoda plans to launch more variants on this platform this year. Skoda’s employees seem to wonder as they give the Rapid a dekko. The car has a 1,200cc water cooled engine producing 26PS and is capable of top speed of 90kmph.
